Terms of Service

Last updated: September 30, 2026

1. Service Description

SubprocessorWatch operates an automated continuous surveillance engine designed to monitor publicly accessible subprocessor disclosures, Data Processing Agreements (DPAs), and third-party vendor supply chain modifications for enterprise compliance teams under GDPR Article 28 and SOC 2 CC9.2 guidelines.

2. Subscriptions and Merchant of Record

Our order process and payment processing are conducted by our online reseller and Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy. Lemon Squeezy handles all customer service inquiries and returns relating to payments, tax collection, and recurring billing.

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly) unless cancelled prior to renewal via the customer portal or by contacting support.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use SubprocessorWatch solely for lawful business compliance purposes. You may not reverse engineer, resell access without authorization, or overwhelm the monitoring infrastructure with automated denial-of-service traffic.

4. Data and Intellectual Property

SubprocessorWatch normalizes and cryptographically hashes publicly disclosed legal texts and policy registries. You retain all rights to your organization configurations, private webhook endpoints, and verified vendor selections.

5. Limitation of Liability

SubprocessorWatch provides technological verification of public text changes using SHA-256 cryptographic methods. While we strive for 99.9% uptime and continuous verification, SubprocessorWatch does not provide licensed legal counsel, and customers must evaluate their own final legal contractual decisions with qualified legal practitioners.

6. Contact and Inquiries

For any legal questions regarding these Terms, contact our compliance team at support@subprocessorwatch.com.
